Jim's Auto Upholstery was established in 1950 by Jim Dossett. We moved to our current location in 1980. Jim retired in 1989 when the business was bought and passed down to his grandson Rodney Bean. Rodney started working for Jim in 1981 and now has over 30 years experience in the upholstery business.

Ben Zahller - Graduated Wyotech with a degree in upholstery 2008. 4+ years in the industry and has been with us since July 2011. Ben grew up in a street rodding family and has been active in the custom car scene for most of his life. Along with his father he has built award winning street rods that can be seen at local shows.
Chad Bishop - Born and raised in the family business. 7 years ago Chad started coming to work with his grandfather at the age of 14 during the summers and after school and has eagerly learned all aspects of the industry.
Gilbert Garcia - With 10+ years as a master carpenter Gilbert joined the crew as an apprentice and has excelled beyond our expectations and is becoming a master in our industry. His eye for detail and professionalism are an asset to the team.
Doug (Doogie) Adamson - Quality control/Office manager, from Nampa, ID, 15 years in the automotive field. Currently Doug is handling the mechanical duties for the shop
